Plumberparts and Top Plumbing Influencers Visit Hep2O

Hep2O gave James Lawrence of Plumberparts.co.uk and other top plumbing influencers exclusive behind-the-scenes access to its UK HQ in Doncaster.

Guests including Joe Sharpe of Installer magazine, James Finlay (@precise.plumbing on Instagram) and Andy Cam (@i_love_plumbing on Instagram) took an exclusive tour of the factory and learn all about the product development, manufacturing and quality testing processes that makes Hep2O the best push-fit system available on the market.

All of the design elements, all of the getting the manufacturing right, it was really interesting to see it from start to finish.
Joe Sharpe, @Installermag
It’s also really interesting to see how the fittings are put together. They’ve got really intelligent robots that can see if they’re the right way around or you know there’s a problem, things like that, before they bag it up and before it goes to quality control.
James Lawrence, Plumberparts.co.uk
One thing that I took away from today was the fact that Hep2O as a brand kind of wants to have a community and help their actual workers, I was really impressed by that.
James Finlay @precise.plumbing

The day culminated in Hep2O hosting an industry first Facebook Live Q&A event hosted by James Lawrence. Steve Harris, Technical Service Engineer, and Paul Metcalfe, Product Manager at Hep2O. The plumbing community had the opportunity ask questions to technical experts including Steve Harris, Technical Service Engineer, and Paul Metcalfe, Product Manager at Hep2O.
